I’ve talked about being in “FLOW STATE” before. The more I can stay in FLOW the more “in tune” I am.
When I am in FLOW and adjusting, that’s when I’m the most intuitive. There is not much internal dialogue, and I can totally focus on the person in front of me.
One of the reasons I hate “chit-chat” when I am in this state is that it’s very easy to “fall out of state” and lose it.
I’ve been called rude and inconsiderate because I have told patients to “zip it” but I didn’t want to lose being in that state in order to talk about the weather or something just as trivial.
