The body.
The mind.
And everything in between.
I write and talk about the body, the mind, and the things life brings up. Some of it comes from my work as a chiropractor. Some of it is just me, trying to make sense of things.

The person behind the work
I’m Danny DeReuter.
My work starts with paying attention. Sometimes that’s to the person on my table. Sometimes it’s to a feeling, an old story, or something I thought I understood.
I’m a chiropractor and a teacher, but the conversation here goes beyond practice. I share what I’m learning, what I’m questioning, and the stories that stay with me. If you’re curious about the body, the mind, or your own experience of being human, you’re welcome here.
